Q: I’m looking to make frosted vinyl graphics, is this possible?
A: Yes it is! It is a speciality product and can be ordered through the sales team. If you contact [email protected] a member of our team will help you with your order.

Q: What’s the largest size I can make my decal?
A: It depends on the material you’re selecting, but generally in our editor, if its a clear decal the largest is 24”x24”, and standard decal is 48”x48”. If you need larger still, contact our sales team at [email protected] and a representative will help you place a special order.

Q: What format can I upload my artwork in for my decal?
A: The files accepted with our editor are PNG, JPG, GIF, and now PDF. With a PDF upload, if you have a specific cut line you need, include that in the artwork file and it will show up when you upload your file.

Q: Can I get samples?
A: While we don’t offer samples of your own artwork, we do have a sample booklet we can provide with examples of various types of materials we offer. Contact [email protected] and someone can send one out to you and help you with any questions for your order!

Q: Can I order multiple products with the same artwork?
A: Yes you can! Once you’ve added the first product to your cart, go to your cart and click on the text that says “add another item with this design”, and it will bring you back to the editor. From there, you can select the products as you go!

Q: From the options above there are so many varieties of decals. Which will work best for me?
A: It depends on where you are applying it, the texture of the surface, your artwork, how long you need your decal to last on the surface, and the temperature of the place you are sticking it. Q: How can I make my own custom decals on your website?
A: It's never been easier! You can get started by heading to our StickerMaker. You'll be asked a series of questions in order to determine which product is best from there. After that, you can either upload your own artwork, or create a custom design using a plethora of design tools that we offer. We'll print and ship your high quality custom decals directly to your doorstep!

Q: I’m trying to make a decal larger than 48” but the website won’t let me, what do I do?
A: The largest decal you can make in our editor is approximately 48”x48”. To order a decal bigger than that, contact [email protected] and we can help you with your order. 

Q: Can I order just 1 decal?
A: Absolutely! You can order as little or as many decals as you need.

Q: I’m looking to create a specific cut line for my decal that I’m not getting from the sticker editor, what do I do?
A: If you have a program like Illustrator you can create the cut line in there and save it as a PDF. Then when you upload it to our sticker editor, it will register that there’s a cut line and ask if you want to use that. If you need help with creating the cut line, contact [email protected] and we can look into it with you. 

Q: Can I order decals with just my graphics, no excess material? 
A: Yes you can! It is a specialty product but it can be ordered by contacting [email protected].

Q: I want to order a dry-erase decal but I don’t see it listed above. Can I still order it?

Q: What's the difference between decals and stickers?
A: Decals generally tend to be larger in size and stick on windows, floors, and walls. Stickers are often smaller than decals and used for product packaging, marketing purposes, personal expression, and gifts.
