Will iron-on labels work on masks?
They will! We have tested a variety of cloth mask materials and they all stick strong. Just make sure to measure the size in the space you’re looking for to make sure they won’t be too big for the mask. It will add a unique, personal touch to your mask!
Can I add my company logo to make custom iron-on labels?
Absolutely! When you click on the blue Make Labels Now button you will be brought to a template page. From there, you select the size you’d like, and you can then select the “Upload” option for template style, and create your own!
How do I peel off the iron-on labels?
Due to having die-cuts, iron-on labels can be peeled off easily from their pages. Once peeled off, place them onto your fabric in the alignment that you want, put your parchment paper on top of the iron-on label, and iron away!
Keep in mind, the die-cuts on our iron-on pages are extremely thin and precise. This can make seeing the actual cutout shape hard to see. If you look closely, you should be able to see the die-cut line around your design, and carefully peel back each individual iron-on before applying. You can also remove the full sheet of waste around your iron-on labels first, making it that much easier to peel and apply.
Where should I store my custom iron-on labels?
If you’re not planning to apply your custom iron-on labels right away, make sure to store them in an area away from heat and sunlight. Not only does it protect your iron-on labels, it also prevents them from curling! We also ship our custom iron-on labels in an envelope with cardboard backing, feel free to store them in the envelope when they're not in use, as this will prevent any bending or damage.
Are iron-on labels permanent?
Once you apply them to your clothing, our custom iron-on labels are permanent. They’ll last for years even through washing and drying, so you don’t have to worry about ruining your awesome personalized clothing. This makes them ideal for applications like uniforms, graphic tees, and so much more!
What colour are iron-on labels?
Iron-on labels are printed on white iron-on material and are not transparent. Use the eyedropper tool in our Sticker Maker to choose any colour of your choice if you don’t want white for your custom iron-on labels!
Will the colour of the iron-on labels match the colour of my design?
In order to accurately achieve your desired brand colour or specific shade, we print out your custom iron-on labels using a 4-colour CMYK process. The colour of your iron-on labels may look duller on their pages, but worry not - iron them onto your fabric to reveal their true beauty! Can inner cuts be done on the iron-on labels?
Inner cuts cannot be done on our iron-on labels. They’re printed out as solid pieces, which make it easier for you to apply them onto your fabric, compared to if you had multiple separate pieces. If you do want inner cuts on your iron-on labels, you can work together with our art team through our design services team to create custom designs, art, or enhancements that are unavailable through our Art Gallery or Sticker Maker tools.
What’s the smallest iron-on label I can make?If you use our template pages from the blue Make Iron-on Labels button above, we have a few standard label templates- 2”x2”, 2.5”x0.75”, 1”x1”, and 1.5”x1.5”. If those sizes aren’t what you’re looking for, don’t worry! You can still create your labels at the size you want down to the 0.1”. If you go to the Create Now blue link at the top of this page, and follow the path to our editor for iron-on labels, you can adjust the size as you need.
I’m looking for a specific size iron-on label at 5.75”x1.25”, can I make this?Yes you can! If you go to the Create Now button at the top of this page, add your artwork to the upload tool, then you can adjust the size to the 0.1” you need. Need help? Contact

Can I order iron-ons labels with a clear backing?
While we don’t offer iron-on material with a clear background, you can order iron-on graphics or lettering if you don’t want access material around your artwork, depending on your design as long as the cuts aren’t too small. To order those, you can go through the link here-

Are iron-on labels machine washable?
As long as they are sticking strong and applied correctly, iron-on labels will stick strong and last long through multiple washes.
I want to add text to my iron-on labels but I don’t see the font I’m looking for in the editor, what do I do?
